About Us

Muhammad Amin Jailani (Amin) is a young entrepreneur, dynamic leader, and dedicated advocate for business growth in Malaysia and beyond. As a PETRONAS scholar, Amin's entrepreneurial journey began during his university years. Opting to serve PETRONAS and the industry as a vendor rather than as an employee, he has accumulated over a decade of experience in the Oil, Gas & Energy Services (OGSE) sector. Throughout this time, he has empowered numerous domestic and international businesses to successfully venture into the OGSE industry.

Currently serving as the Managing Director and CEO of Talenta Ideas Sdn Bhd, Amin also holds esteemed affiliations with the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM), Institute of Marketing Malaysia (IMM) and fellowship candidate of Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA). He plays a pivotal role in the Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS Alumni Association as Secretary General, actively engaging more than 23,000 members worldwide, and consistently contributes to the PUTRA Business School fraternity.

Amin is widely recognized for his charismatic presence, approachable leadership style, and unwavering commitment to advancing micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). His dedication has earned him numerous accolades, including the e-Shared Prosperity Organization (eSPO) Award from Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) and the Emerging Entrepreneur Award from Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad (PUNB). He is a certified manager with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) from the UK, and his academic excellence is reflected in his receipt of the President's Awards and Gold Awards. Notably, he is featured in the Britishpedia encyclopedia of Successful People in Malaysia alongside national icons.

Throughout his journey, Amin remains guided by the belief that entrepreneurship is a transformative, lifelong endeavor. A devoted father of five, he passionately upholds the IMN mission of “Enhancing Entrepreneurship for Humanity,” embracing every opportunity for collaboration and collective success.
